Not all nutritional supplements will work for everyone, but we're so sure our products can help you that we're offering them with our exclusive risk-free guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, please reach out to us to make a guarantee claim within 120 days for a full refund of the purchase price subject to the terms herein. Because it often takes up to 90 days to realize optimum benefits from nutritional supplements, the Real Health & Promensil guarantee gives you the opportunity to experience the full benefits of our products while still allowing ample time to try your product purchase. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, our Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for Real Health or Promensil products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. Return policy for products purchased in a store or on a store’s website:
Please first attempt to return your product to the place of purchase along with appropriate proof of purchase. Stores selling PharmaCare brands are instructed to cheerfully issue a refund when any of our products are returned.
(Note – return policies vary by store; consult with your local merchant on their specific store policies.)
If you are unsuccessful in your attempt to return your purchase to the store, please contact our customer service department for further instruction.
Return Policy for Products purchased through our corporate website:
Please use the contact us form and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you with returning your product for a full refund of your purchase price (less shipping and handling if applicable).
Return policy for products purchased through third-party marketplaces:
Please first attempt to contact the online seller directly for their refund policy. Products purchased through a third-party (non-company owned) website cannot be refunded by Real Health directly and must be processed by the website where your purchase was made , although in some instances our Satisfaction Guarantee may apply; see below for terms.
Satisfaction Guarantee and Claim Process
If making a claim under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, please call us at 1-800-565-6656. You’ll be asked to provide a receipt or proof of purchase showing when and where you bought your product. We may also ask you for photos of your product or for you to mail the unused portion of your product at your cost. Claim must be made within 120 days of the date of purchase.
We reserve the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests at our discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where we conclude that the purchaser has abused our Guarantee. We may amend or terminate our Guarantee at any time without notice. A refund granted under this Guarantee may be in the form of a prepaid card, and the prepaid card’s terms and additional conditions may apply pursuant to the terms of the prepaid card issuer.
